WHAT IS LIFE DEVELOPMENT COACHING IN COMMUNICATIONS (LDCC)?
The LDCC program is an international coach training program with more than 10 countries represented among the hundreds coaches in training worldwide. Countries represented include Australia, Bermuda, Canada, England, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Scotland and the United States.
Life Development Coaching in Communications is the process of applying
and living from nine communication tools that are practical and universal.
These tools provide a unique plan for living life with simplicity, peace
of mind and no regrets. Areas of coaching focus include career/finances,
health/recreaction, relationships and personal growth.
The curriculum provides partcipants the opportunity to discover how their
listening and communication style can form a self-limiting filter through
which to view life. This filter then becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy
keeping that special person, dream job or big idea just out of reach. Our
work focuses on recognizing and reversing this pattern.
Our brand of coaching is not a substitute for therapy and our coaches are not trained to dispense "advice". Rather, the coaches are taught how to listen and how to ask powerful, provacative, productive, problem-solving questions.
SOME OF THE BIGGEST NAMES IN COACHING ARE FANS OF CAROL MCCALL.....
"There are incredible people in this world, and then there are people like Carol McCall who elevate the word incredible to an even higher level.
"Carol and I worked together in the coach training business back in the late 1980s and while I was an accountant trying to be like a coach, Carol was a coach from the very beginning and has continued to be so over the years. Carol = Coach. It's as simple as that. She's natural, caring, willing, fearless and capable.
"Carol is a model of coaching and I love and respect her very much."
(The late) Thomas J. Leonard
Founder, CoachU and Coachville.com
"Alongside Thomas Leonard, Carol McCall was a pioneer in the coaching profession back in the late '80s. She was an influential part of my early years in coaching and many of her lessons still serve me today. Carol is a coach's coach."
