The Institute for Global Listening and Communication has 15 certified trainers on staff who assist Carol McCall in leading the programs held around the country and around the world. These highly trained, dedicated people bring the focus of the program down to the individual level, as attendees explore their own strengths and weaknesses in communication.

Marta Adelsman – CT, LDCC, EC
Marta has been with The Institute for Global Listening and Communication since June 2000, when she attended The Listening Course in Chicago. She was introduced to the Institute by fellow Certified Trainer Diana Connick.

Currently, Marta has a growing coaching/therapy practice in the Sedona area of Arizona. Easily IGLC's most "media-savvy" trainer after Carol McCall, Marta writes periodic columns about communication and relationships for the local Verde Independent Newspaper and is a regular guest on Northern Arizona radio station KAZM's "Fit Body, Fit Mind". She holds a doctorate in psychology and is involved in the Certified Trainer, Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM, and Executive Coaching programs.

When she’s not working, Marta enjoys reading, horses, hiking, and is looking into acting as an avocation. Steve, her husband of nearly 32 years, is in the Train the Trainer program, and her three grown sons have each attended The Listening Course.
Pat Frost Fitch – CT, LDCC, EC
Pat began her relationship with the IGLC in January 1999, when she attended The Listening Course. Now Pat is a Certified Trainer and enrolled in the Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM and Executive Coaching programs.

A board-certified veterinary dentist, Pat runs her own consulting business and teaches veterinary dentistry to veterinarians, technicians, and staff members. She also teaches courses at Washington State University and Oregon State University each year, and is the co-author of a veterinary dentistry textbook.

Her hobbies include horseback riding along the trails near her house in southwest Washington. She is married to her husband, Ron Fitch, and has a grown daughter with four grandchildren in Florida. Pat is quite fond of animals and shares her home with three cats and a dog, while her horse, donkey, and pet rabbit live in her barn.
Ana Floyd – CT/CTWC, LDCC, Co-owner
In addition to being a Certified Trainer, Licensed Trainer for the Possibility of Woman course, and Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM, Ana is the Chief Financial Officer for, and co-owner of, the Institute. She got her start back in the fall of 1988 when she attended the Design Your Life workshop, which was the basis for The Listening Course and the Possibility of Woman workshop. Ana was introduced to the program by her mother, Carol McCall, who is also the founder of the Institute.

Currently, Ana is preparing to enter medical school, where she hopes to bring the benefits of empowered listening to the medical community. Ana lives in Oakland, CA.
Raleigh Floyd, Jr. – CT, LDCC, Co-owner
Raleigh attended his first course in January 2000, and has since become a Certified Trainer and member of the Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM program. He was introduced to the Listening Work by his mother, IGLC founder Carol McCall. Raleigh is a co-owner, working part-time with the Institute as a consultant on strategic planning, development and marketing initiatives.

Before joiniong the Institute, Raleigh was an award-winning public relations executive and presently serves as a corporate spokesperson for a Fortune 50 company.
Raleigh enjoys working out, real estate and stock investing, and reading biographies. He and his wife Allison have one daughter and live in Lombard, IL.
Sue Fogg – CT, LTWC, LDCC, EC
Sue is a Certified Trainer with IGLC. She is also a Licensed Trainer for the Possibility of Woman course and involved in the Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM and Executive Coaching programs.

Sue studied psychology at Ohio State University, and began her work with the Institute in 1993 as a way of empowering herself by improving her leadership skills.

Between her assignments as a substitute teacher, Sue enjoys gardening, reading, water and winter sports, and dance. Her two children (who have both attended many courses at the Institute) are both out of high school, and she shares her home in Charlottesville, Virginia with a wonderful dog named Ping whom she found through the Anti-Cruelty Society.
Gregory Hermsen – CT, LDCC
Greg attended his first Institute course in September 1996, as a way to work through a then-recent separation. Since that time he has become a Certified Trainer to support others the way he was supported during that difficult time. When he’s not empowering people at the Institute, he’s teaching endodontics with the LightSpeed Corporation. Greg is a graduate of the Dental School at Creighton University in Omaha, and currently lives in Seattle, Washington. Greg has two children, ages 21 and 25.
Sue Rosenberg – CT
Sue was introduced to the Institute through a fellow equestrian. She attended her first course in June 1999, and is now a Certified Trainer for The Listening Course. Retired from a career in publishing, Sue now spends her time on other interests that include volunteering in schools, advocating for the homeless, and pet and horse rescue. She maintains her horsemanship skills by riding often and is a board member of the Great Strides Therapeutic Riding organization. She also holds a BA in French.

Sue shares her home in Mt. Airy, Maryland with her husband, two children, a dog, a cat and, of course, a horse.
Jodi Williams – CT, LDCC, EC
Jodi attended The Listening Course at the invitation of a friend in September 2000 in Victoria, BC. Three weeks later they made the trek back to Victoria to attend the Possibility of Woman course, as she had been extremely impressed with the new listening skills she acquired and the immediate results she saw with her family and friends.

Now Jodi is a Certified Trainer for The Listening Course and is enrolled in the Life Development Coach in CommunicationsSM and the Executive Coaching programs. She lives with her husband Lowell in Grangeville, Idaho, where they own a plumbing company and she is a property manager and real estate developer. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her two smart and handsome sons, Kyle and Aaron, her beautiful daughter-in-law Angela, and her bright and brilliant granddaughter Emerson. Jodi also enjoys riding her Harley, golfing, reading, and snowmobiling.
